The Summer Festival

The Summer Festival is the perfect way to celebrate the beautiful summer days, and there’s lots of Free Range Fun for you to enjoy while you’re here with us too.

Taking place from Monday 6th June until 1st September 2024, you can expect a mix of complimentary and paid family activities to enjoy during your visit that the whole family can join in with!

 Elements of Summer Festival

The Summer Festival will be a celebration of the elements that make up the natural world - Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. All activities and entertainment will be inspired by the elements in different ways and will come together to form an inspiring summer experience!

Activities and Entertainment

Element One: E A R T H

All life springs and thrives from the earth, it’s the foundation of life itself. It provides us with the grounding we all need, as well as feeding us for the chance to thrive. Our earth activities will let you wander into the wild and embrace the beauty of nature. As well as rebalancing mind and body, you'll be able to let loose and embrace the outdoors.

Location: Serendome

Housed inside the dome is a vibrant world of activity celebrating (or bringing to the fore) your inner Wild Child. With splashes of colour, workshops, activities, and live music – it’s time to party!

Element Two: F I R E

Fire represents creation, destruction, and transformation. Our fire activities will be focusing on creativity, passion, excitement, and a chance to spark a fire inside everyone. Whether that's feasting at Camp Smokey, or watching our live musicians.

Keep an eye out for the legendary dragon roaming Bluestone throughout Summer Festival. The red drake will be making it's way round resort and even into Pembrokeshire, so keep your eyes peeled for anything suspiciously scaly!

As the evenings draw in, the Dragon will enter the Serendome. The Dragon will parade around the dome, with music and excitement filing the air. The Bluestone Band will play you in as you take part in festival activities at the Dragons Breath Party!

Element Three: W A T E R

We have a powerful connection to water, both physically and emotionally. Our Water activities are inspired by the many forms of water in our lives from calming lakes to invigorating oceans. There is plenty to do be it at our very own Bluestone Lake, in the Blue lagoon or out on one of our Adventure days.

We'll have our super Summer Splash taking place at the Blue Lagoon, with lots of inflata-fun to be had with challenges and obstacles to overcome. With our Aqua Climb, Volleyball, Water Cannons and more, our Summer Splash at the Blue Lagoon is an aqua-mazing good time!

There'll also be the chance to get on the water down at the Bluestone Lake. Kayaking, Paddleboarding and Raft Building are just some of the activities on offer. Perfect for building confidence or honing skills before setting out into Pembrokeshire on one of our Adventure days!

Element Four: A I R

The element that connects us all, the air is the breath of life! Air symbolises the mind, wisdom, and soul, and our activities will be inspired to uplift and celebrate the freedom it gives us. Whether that’s physically flying through the trees, or harnessing the power of the air to reach further than ever before.

Brave the heights of the Skywalk and the Skywalk-Mini at the Serendome!
