Double Kayaking
We will be conducting essential maintenance to our activity booking system from Wednesday 29th November to Monday 4th December, and you will be unable to book activities or spa treatments during this time. The website may show availability but it will not add to your basket and will time out. (either via our sales team or our website).
If you are staying with us before Monday 4th December, you can book activities and spa treatments by calling 01834 862400 or please visit our Guest Services team on resort. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
The Bluestone lake is home to our Kayaking experiences. This is the perfect way to bring the family together in an activity that everyone can enjoy!
New for 2022, our double kayaks allow you to enjoy our tranquil lake as a duo. To help you during the paddle, you'll receive tuition from our friendly team of experienced instructors who make the session safe, informative and of course, fun!
Taking place on our very own lake, just a stones throw away from the village, you'll be surrounded by beautiful scenery and banks bursting with wildlife; including our family of friendly ducks, who may swim by during the session.
Single Kayaks are also available for those who want to go it alone.
Need to know
Booking Information
Please only book one kayak for two people. If you select two people from the 'who is taking part' section, you will be charged for two double kayaks (four people).
Safety
A buoyancy aid and helmet will be provided for the activity. You must wear this for the entire session, on and off land, until your instructor indicates otherwise.
Supervision policy
Minimum age 6 years and must be accompanied on the water by an adult aged 18+
Availability
The lake activities are available during the Spring and Summer months (April - Sep). For exact dates, please contact the Reservations Team as these are subject to change.
